Okay so, We are currently living in a generation where being nasty or savage is being normalized.

What happened to being kind or really just minding our own business unless that other business involves us. We always got something to say, thanks to social media, everyone is a little braver these days with typing out or releasing negative comments into the space. Being negative or cold towards each other is just making the tough times we go through a little more tougher and there's only so much a human can take.

With all that’s going on in the world right now. I wanted to bring a little something something (yes, I wrote that twice on purpose) into your head space and it’s definetly positive

Here are some way’s on staying positive and living a toxic free life, cause you know, you got to protect your energy, soul, mind, body and all that. Its your temple baby, keep lit and fresh and be boujee with your energy

1)      Why are you still wasting your time with him or her? Are they answering your calls? If not, it’s a sign. I am also going to be your sign. Let that person go. Cut. Bye. Don’t waste your energy on unnecessary people that don’t care about you or only care when they need something from you. Been there, done that and you don’t come out cute if you stay longer in that situation

2)      Friendships are important to maintaining your happiness or energy but be careful with who you surround yourself with and make sure they really have your best interest at heart. Don’t be dribbled in friendships. It’s actually a thing. If that friend ain’t congratulating you with your small victories, take it as a sign. If you always checking up on them, bye. Time to leave


3)   Believe it or not (you most probably believe it) but social media really can change your mood, at any time of the day especially with Twitter and the people on twitter, so block who you got to block and really filter the information you expose yourself to. You don’t want to be feeling really happy, then next minute you fighting samxo123 on Twitter about some dumb sh*t he/she posted. Protect your energy



4)    For my twitter people, if you really want to be happy and live your best life, don’t follow twitter standards. They contradict themselves. Do you boo or you will die, in other words, “uzoshaun” (South African slang term)

5)   DRINK WATER. You will spend less time talking ish with others, rather spend that time in the bathroom, releasing all that water you drank.

6) Have a meme folder. I gurantee meme's are everything, they make you laugh.

7) Eat healthy full meals, as expensive as it is, try add some greens here and there, ungazincishi'. (Ungazincishi'- South african Zulu term for, don't deprive yourself). I won't lie though, McDonald's is all the food I will ever need in this lifetime and all you will ever need but it ain't healthy, so we got to let it go. Painnnnnn

Well, that’s all I got. I really hope that this lightens and brightens your day and start small. You won’t master protecting your energy and being happy asap but if you really commit, results would include you having clearer skin, a fat ass and probably a lot of money boo.
